Soak mushrooms until soft

Cut into cubes, add 10g olive oil to the pot and sauté until fragrant. The mushrooms need to be fried over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Don't rush this step, be patient.

After the mushrooms have changed color, add a little sugar and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Blanch the wolfberries in boiling water and drain.

Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water, remove and let cool.

Once the spinach is warm, squeeze out the water with your hands and chop into small pieces.

Add diced mushrooms to the chopped spinach, stir-fried white sesame seeds, sesame oil, olive oil, and salt, mix well, then put it into a small mousse mold with a spoon, press it slightly with a spoon, then unmold it directly, and put wolfberry berries on top.
