Slice the lean meat, add starch and light soy sauce and mix well.

Wash the cauliflower and break it into small pieces. Cut the garlic sprouts into small sections and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the meat slices until cooked. Leave the oil in the pan and stir-fry the chopped peppers and bean paste. Stir-fry for about two minutes. Add the cauliflower. Stir well, add water, cover the pot and simmer.
