Ants climbing the tree

Overview

My aunt brought home-made sweet potato vermicelli from her hometown, and she just used it to make this home-cooked dish called Ants Climbing a Tree!

Soak the fans in warm water and set aside!
Prepare the ingredients, mince meat, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and cut the vermicelli with scissors!
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the minced meat until it turns white!
Add bean paste and minced garlic and stir-fry together!
Stir-fry minced meat with bean paste and minced garlic to create a fragrant aroma!
Add an appropriate amount of water, pour in the prepared vermicelli, stir-fry for two minutes, add chicken powder to taste, and finally add chopped green onion and stir-fry together!
