Kidney Bean and Pork Buns
Overview
My husband is very busy at the company, so eating at noon has become a problem. I don’t want him to go out to eat unhealthy fast food. Therefore, every weekend, I make some easy-to-storage food such as steamed buns and dumplings, and put them in the company’s refrigerator, so that lunch can be taken care of. The kidney bean and pork steamed buns are very popular, and I make a big pot on the weekend, which is enough to last for several days. My husband who works hard outside, I hope you will always be healthy!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash kidney beans and remove gluten
-
Add yeast to the flour and let it ferment. I didn’t weigh the flour. The measuring cup is 7 cups
-
Cut the beans into cubes, blanch them and set aside
-
Add the meat filling and the seasonings in the table and stir vigorously. Add water a few times in the middle to make the filling taste more moist
-
Add the diced beans into the meat filling and stir into the filling
-
Roll out the leather and open the bag
-
Wrap everything up (my buns are not handsome enough, I hope you can forgive me. This is something I have been struggling with, but I still can’t make beautiful buns. I will continue to work hard!)
-
Steam for about ten minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes

Okay, the big buns are delicious and nutritious, and they will be even more delicious when dipped in your favorite sauce
