Fried walnuts with celery

Nuts are always a good match for dishes. Adding some walnuts adds a lot of flavor to the dish and makes it more nutritious.

Wash and cut celery into diagonal sections

Peel the walnut kernels out of the walnuts, which is the walnut on the left in the picture, peeled by yourself

Soak and peel walnuts

Wash, peel and shred the carrots

Blanch the celery and carrot shreds and drain them

Peel the walnuts and use paper towels to absorb excess water

Add a little oil in the pan and fry the walnut kernels until fragrant, then take them out

Return to the pan and fry celery and carrots

Add salt and light soy sauce to taste

Add walnut kernels and stir well.
