Overview

Steamed buns are a staple food at home. This time I made steamed buns stuffed with onions and carrots and pork, which is very suitable for children. I used ingredients I already had at home, and it tasted really good.

  2. Cut the pork into cubes, cut the ginger into small pieces, and put it into a food processor to make a puree.

  7. I used my own small fat noodles, added water and alkali and kneaded them evenly

  8. Make into small portions and roll out the skin.
