Carrot and onion meat buns
Overview
Steamed buns are a staple food at home. This time I made steamed buns stuffed with onions and carrots and pork, which is very suitable for children. I used ingredients I already had at home, and it tasted really good.

Onions, carrots, ginger.

Cut the pork into cubes, cut the ginger into small pieces, and put it into a food processor to make a puree.

Also chop the onions and carrots together.

Add appropriate amount of oil, salt, oyster sauce and pepper to the meat filling and mix.

Add chopped carrots and onions.

Mix well into filling.

I used my own small fat noodles, added water and alkali and kneaded them evenly

Make into small portions and roll out the skin.
