Steamed scallops with garlic
Overview
When I bought salmon online, I also bought some large Zhangzidao scallops, which cost four yuan each. For such a big restaurant, the price is at least more than twelve yuan. It’s quite delicious to make them yourself.

Large scallops on ice

First, use water to remove most of the hard ice, and then defrost it naturally
