Black Tea Wafers
Overview
I made two extra egg whites when I made custard sauce, and then I made this simple and easy pancake. The crispy texture is very suitable as a snack to kill time, and it has a unique flavor with some black tea powder ~ Ingredients: 65g butter, 65g powdered sugar, 65g egg white, 65g low-gluten flour, 1/2 tsp black tea powder, a little vanilla extract
