Fried Okra with Scallops
Overview
Now is the season when okra is on the market. It would be very expensive to buy in other seasons, but now the price is relatively cheap, so eat more during the season. Paired with fresh scallops for frying, the combination of fragrance and deliciousness makes it delicious. Scallops are just fresh scallop meat, just the small piece of white meat that opens and closes the muscles. The fresh ones are called scallops, and the dried ones are scallops

The fresh scallop meat on the scallops is just a small piece of open and close muscle, very tender. Wash the scallops, okra and bell peppers too

Blanch the tape in water around 80 degrees for about 20 seconds

Blanch okra in boiling water

Cut okra into small pieces, cut bell pepper into small pieces, mince ginger and garlic

Put a little oil in the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add okra and stir-fry for half a minute

Add rice wine and oyster sauce

Add bell peppers and scallops

Add salt and pepper

Stir fry quickly for about half a minute and it is ready to serve
