Bacon Mashed Potato Wraps
Overview
To be honest, I have been thinking about this dish for a while. The difficulty lies in whether to cut the potatoes into strips and steam them, or press them into puree and fry them until fragrant. In the end, I decided to press them into puree and fry them. After the potatoes are steamed, they are pressed into puree while they are hot. I also add light cream and crushed black pepper to enhance the flavor, and the taste is also corresponding. It will be moister and won't taste dry. In addition, the fat released when frying the bacon is absorbed by the mashed potatoes, leaving a fragrant and moist feeling in your mouth. It can be used as a dish or as a snack. The taste is really good. Try it if you don't want to kiss it.
