Prepare the ingredients, shred the meat, shred the green pepper, shred the ginger, rinse the mustard with clean water and soak it in clean water

Add a teaspoon of light soy sauce, a third of a teaspoon of cornstarch, a teaspoon of cooking wine, and a little pepper to the shredded pork

Marinate for five minutes

Pour an appropriate amount of base oil into the pan and heat it until it is 50% hot. Break up the shredded meat and stir-fry until it changes color and become tender. Remove and set aside

Leave a little oil in the pot and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant

Add mustard and green pepper and stir-fry

Pour in shredded pork and stir-fry together

Add a teaspoon of light soy sauce, a third of a teaspoon of chicken powder and a quarter of a teaspoon of sugar to taste
