Children’s favorite snack——seaweed, cucumber, ham and kimchi rice dumplings
Overview
I have been buying sushi ingredients for a while, but have never made them. Mainly doing other things, plus mommy is very sexy, indirectly thinking of little Japan, naturally there will be some resistance! Mimi started nagging again yesterday, saying that the food she promised to cook for him has never been fulfilled! What Mimi likes to eat is the biggest motivation for Mommy to cook delicious food, so she keeps underestimating that food has no borders to comfort her little patriotic heart[]! How difficult is it to make small sushi? Mommy finished it all in less than an hour. Mimi went home from school in the afternoon and ate 4 or 5 pieces in a row, saying it was delicious, delicious! [ ] As soon as I heard this, I felt a sense of accomplishment! Because I am very patriotic, I gave it a more earthy name, haha

Steps

Prepare ingredients
-
I chose Northeastern rice to make rice dumplings because I think it is strong and elastic. Just put a little water when cooking
-
Add an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar to the rice at a ratio of 1:6
-
Cut cucumber, ham, and pickles into strips
-
Place the nori with the rough side up and place it on the sushi mat
-
Spread the rice on the seaweed with a spoon, leaving a 2cm gap above the seaweed to prevent it from squirting out when rolling the rice
-
Add tomato sauce, pork floss
-
Then put cucumber, ham and pickles
-
Roll it up with a sushi roll and press it slightly
-
Take off the sushi roll
-
Use a special sushi knife dipped in a little boiling water and cut into small pieces
-
Just put it on a plate and you’re ready to eat

Here’s another closer one, haha
