Fry an egg as usual and cut it into strips, cut the carrot into strips and stir-fry it with oil for a few times, cut the cucumber into strips and blanch it in boiling water (the above ingredients are ready)

Use a rice cooker to cook the rice. When it's cooked, take it out into a large bowl and set it aside to cool. Then add the sushi vinegar and salt and mix well. Set aside. Prepare pork floss

Prepare nori and nori curtains

Place the seaweed curtain on the countertop, put the seaweed on it, then place the rice evenly on top of the seaweed (don't place it too far to the edge, so as not to squeeze out the rice when rolling), then place the meat floss, cucumber, carrots, and eggs

Then slowly roll it up and open it

Use a knife to slowly cut the sushi into small sections

You can also put up a nice picture and eat it with soy sauce or mustard if you like
