Shrimp, Pork Ribs and Sea Cucumber Soup
Overview
During this season, the shrimps sold in the vegetable market are all freshly peeled shrimps. Maybe it is the Chinese New Year, and they are all used to make delicacies using shrimps. The price is also twice as expensive as the unshelled ones. However, I think it's a good deal. My grandma at home just happened to take some cooked sea cucumbers and make some shrimp and sea cucumber soup. The most important thing is not to forget to put a few green onions before serving. It will be delicious.

Blanch the spareribs.

Boil water in a casserole and add ribs.

Sliced sea cucumbers.

Cut a few onions, wash and prepare the shrimps.

After the ribs are cooked for 20 minutes, add the sea cucumber. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour.
