Stir-fried Mustard Hearts with Bacon
Overview
The mustard heart is brought from my hometown. It is a pure organic vegetable. The taste needs no introduction. You can imagine its sweetness. Mixed with homemade bacon and cooked together, two words can describe it: delicious!

Prepare ingredients: bacon, mustard hearts, garlic.

Put the bacon in a microwave-safe plate, add an appropriate amount of water (it is suitable to soak the bacon) and simmer for 4 minutes.

Wash the mustard hearts and break them into pieces.

Cut the bacon into slices. Peel the garlic and smash into pieces.

Heat the pan, add some oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add bacon and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the mustard hearts and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the cabbage heart is soft and translucent, add salt and chicken powder.

Mix well and scoop up.
