Scald the noodles in boiling water, add water little by little, stir until there is no dry powder, cool slightly and knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container to rest for more than 15 minutes

Add 1 egg, two spoons of cooked oil, one spoon of oil, half a spoon of sesame oil, appropriate amount of salt, a little minced ginger, a little allspice, and an appropriate amount of chopped green onion to 300 grams of meat filling and mix well

Roll the risen noodles into long strips first, then cut into small pieces
