There is a good fruit in the south, named Huangpi, with golden color, sweet and sour flesh and juicy flesh. The yellow peel can be eaten directly, just like eating grapes. Squeeze out the pulp and discard the peel and core. However, the peel of yellow peel has the effects of eliminating wind, swelling and malnutrition, promoting body fluids and quenching thirst, smoothing qi and relieving cough. Choose fresh and ripe yellow skin.

Pick the yellow-skinned fruits and remove the branches and leaves.

Gently rub the yellow skin with salt.

Steam the yellow skin in a steamer for about 15 minutes.

Steam until the yellow skin is slightly cracked and remove the core.
