Steps
-
First, use a rice cooker to wash the rice and stew it. Add a few corn kernels to make the rice more fragrant and sweet. (If you like the sticky texture, you can add a small handful of glutinous rice to the fragrant rice.) The picture shows what the rice looks like after it is steamed
-
While the rice cooker is cooking, prepare the raw materials: a bowl of fresh peas, chopped green onions, a little dried chili pepper and pepper.
-
Slice the bacon and stir-fry until it becomes fragrant.
-
After the rice is cooked, pour oil into the wok and sauté the dried chilies and pepper over low heat.
-
Add the bacon and stir-fry over low heat until cooked and the meat slices are basically white and slightly bloody.
-
Pour in the green onions and peas and stir-fry over medium heat. When the peas gradually turn green, pour a little broth into the pot and add an appropriate amount of salt.
-
Cover the rice evenly on top of the fried peas and bacon, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat.
-
After the water in the broth in the pot is almost finished simmering, open the lid and use a spatula to stir-fry. If you like it more fragrant, you can stir-fry for a few more minutes.

The super fragrant bean braised rice comes out of the pot sparklingly! ! My husband and I each finished two bowls~O(∩_∩)O

Served with some home-pickled pickles, a vegetable soup and braised chicken feet left in the refrigerator, it was a warm and happy dinner~
