Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat, add a tablespoon of starch and a tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir until it is strong.

Peel the winter melon, wash it, and use a scooping spoon to scoop out small balls.

Three slices of ginger, two white sections of scallion.

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add winter melon, ginger slices and scallions. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Make the meatballs.

Add to pot.

Cook over medium heat until the meatballs float, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
