Mustard green rice
Overview
Rice exists like a god. If you eat mustard rice on February 2, you will not get scabies. Eating mustard rice on February 2 of the lunar calendar is a widely circulated custom among Wenzhou people. In the old days, people lived in poverty and had little awareness of hygiene. Coupled with the lack of medical treatment and medicine, there were many patients with skin diseases (such as scabies) and they were easily contagious. Mustard greens contain a large amount of chlorophyll and vitamin C. Regular consumption of vegetables rich in chlorophyll and vitamin C can improve one's own immunity, enhance resistance, and is good for human skin. Therefore, there is a saying that eating mustard rice on February 2 will not cause scabies. Of course, I also copied this rice, firstly, to fulfill a food custom, and secondly, my family really likes to eat it, especially my little boy, who loves it so much.
