The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes---Sesame Buns
Overview
Many staple breads are very healthy and nutritious. Even French bread, which does not add whole wheat, rye, dried fruits, nuts and other grains, is a very good staple food because it uses higher-gluten flour, has high protein content, and is low in oil and sugar. Used for breakfast, it can provide a variety of nutrients and energy. It is much healthier than toast, burgers, and common breakfast staples such as fried dough sticks and sesame seed pancakes. The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes and you will become addicted.
