  1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the mixing bowl of a chef's machine, including fine sugar, salt, eggs, milk powder, high-gluten flour, yeast powder, and milk

  2. Start kneading the dough with the kitchen machine at setting 3. When the dough is smooth, add softened butter and continue kneading the dough

  3. Knead the dough until it is complete, pull out the film and poke a hole to see if the edge of the cracked hole is smooth

  4. Put the kneaded dough into a basin for basic fermentation. The fermentation temperature is about 35 degrees

  5. Squeeze the air out of the fermented dough, round the dough and leave it to rise at room temperature for 15 minutes. After rising for 15 minutes, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle with a width similar to that of the toast mold. Sprinkle the honey beans evenly and roll it up

  6. Place the rolled dough with the seam side down and place it at the bottom of the toast box

  7. Place the toast box at a temperature of 38 degrees and a humidity of 85% for final fermentation. Ferment until the dough reaches 90% of the toast box, then bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes

  8. After the toast is baked, unmold it while it's still hot. Place the toast on a cooling rack and slice it when it's about the same temperature as the palm of your hand
