Shred the king oyster mushroom.

Shred green peppers and carrots, mince ginger and garlic.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, and corn oil to the shredded pork, mix well, and marinate for a while.

Heat oil in the pot (not too much oil), add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

Fry until soft and set aside.
