Cut green beans into cubes

Add the minced meat into the cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and cornstarch and marinate for a while

Cut dry chili into sections and mince garlic

Heat oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the minced meat, add a little dark soy sauce to adjust the color, stir-fry until about 80% done, then set aside
