  1. Remove the scales and internal organs of the sea bass, cut off the fish head and slice along the spine with a knife, chop the fish bones into 5 cm sections;

  2. Add oil to the pot, place the fish bones underneath, add the processed fish meat, seasonings and water;

  3. Cover the pot and activate the [Braised Fish] function key;
