Cold noodles
Overview
The Korean cold noodles I bought in the supermarket came with soup packets and flatbreads. After trying it this time, I personally felt that the noodles were too thin and the taste was not good. It is better to buy soba noodles that are thicker, chewy and a bit transparent.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients. I used materials readily available at home to mix and match. It’s too hot~~I’m too lazy to go to the supermarket^-^
-
Remove the roots and rotten leaves of parsley, wash and cut into sections. After washing the bitter melon, remove both ends, cut it in half lengthwise, and use a small spoon to hollow out the flesh.
-
Soak the sliced bitter melon in hot salt water.
-
Cut the pickled peppers and set aside.
-
Cut ham slices into long strips.
-
Also boil water and make boiled eggs.
-
Add some hot water to the water in which the bitter melon has been soaked to scald the parsley. You can continue blanching the lilies later.
-
Boil water, add salt water noodles and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
-
Pour the cooked noodles into a clean drain basket, add clean water and ice cubes and rinse repeatedly until the noodles are smooth and non-sticky.
-
Peel off the shells of the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
-
Divide the noodles into the prepared noodle bowl, pour the soup packet, then add ham slices, parsley, bitter melon, hard-boiled eggs, pickled peppers, lily and Korean hot sauce.
