Cut off the head of the papaya and hollow out the seeds.

Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft and squeeze out the water. After heating the coconut milk, milk and sugar, add the soaked gelatine sheets and stir to dissolve with the residual heat.

After it cools down, pour it into the papaya and refrigerate it overnight. Cut it into pieces and enjoy it the next day.
