Steamed Sophora japonica with double powder

Overview

When there were locust flowers, I froze them a little. Now I took them out, mixed them with flour and cornmeal, and steamed them in a pot. It felt like I was back in spring again.

  1. Take out the sophora flowers and defrost them.

  2. A little cornmeal and flour 1:1.

  3. After mixing, add five spice powder and salt and continue mixing.
