On a fresh morning, if you get up early, you might as well make a few of these fish-bone eggs for your dear lover, parents, or your baby, then bake two slices of toast with a cup of hot milk. It’s really a breakfast full of love!

Crack the quail eggs into a small, clean bowl.

Brush the pan with oil.

Heat slightly.

When the pan is hot, slide the quail eggs in the bowl into the pan. After setting the shape, quickly use a flat spatula to shovel it onto the plate.

Use tomato sauce to make a fish eye on the egg yolk and draw three vertical lines on the egg white.

Draw another horizontal line and a triangle on the right end to serve as the tail of the fish. Then trim the head of the fish and you are done.
