Prepare the ingredients: pork, potatoes, chives, and a few cilantro. (Because there are many people in the family, the amount is larger. If there are fewer people in the family, the amount can be reduced).

Prepare the seasonings: half a bowl of dried chili peppers (you can reduce the amount if you can't eat spicy food), a little sugar (to enhance the freshness), vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, salt, MSG, ginger, and garlic.

Slice ginger and garlic, slice pork, rinse potatoes in water, and cut coriander and green onion into sections.

Marinate the meat slices with a little soy sauce and a little ginger and garlic.

Pour oil into the pot and add peppercorns. After the oil is heated, add the meat slices and ginger and garlic.
