  1. After the rice is steamed, pour in the sushi vinegar while it's still hot and mix well. I didn't buy sushi vinegar today, so I was lazy and rolled it up without company.

  2. Prepare the ingredients that need to be rolled into sushi according to your personal taste. Today I used cucumber, ham, and pickled cucumber (because I didn’t buy a large root, which has a good color and texture, so I used it)

Prepare the sushi seaweed and place the seaweed on the sushi curtain, then spread the rice evenly on the seaweed (leave the edges!) and then put an appropriate amount of cucumber, ham, pickles (I also put one), and then roll the sushi. Remember to roll it tightly so that it will look good when cut out.

  4. Okay, roll it up and cut it into thicker slices. Remember to moisten the knife with water during the cutting process to prevent it from sticking and making the cut look ugly. This is my first time writing a recipe, so I didn’t write it well. Please understand, thank you!
