Cut the meat into shreds, add some salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, and water, mix well and set aside.

Cut the green onion into slices, pickle the pepper, cut the pickled ginger, add vinegar and sugar and set aside.

Heat the pan and add oil. Stir-fry the meat first and remove it. Add a little more oil. Add the prepared green onions. Stir-fry for a while to let the flavor come out. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry evenly. Use a chopstick to dip it into the pan to taste!
