【Wenzhou】Golden needle stew
Overview
In Wenzhou, we like to use dried day lily in our dishes, especially for stewing chicken, pork or pig's trotters. It is very delicious and flavorful, and it is indispensable for Spring Festival family banquet dishes. Dried day lily is also called dried day lily. Its original name is Hemerocallis fulva, and in ancient times it was called forgetwort. Daylily is a traditional vegetable that people like to eat. Because of its thick petals, golden color and rich fragrance, it is fragrant, fresh and smooth, just like fungus and straw mushroom. It has high nutritional value and is regarded as a treasure on the table.
