Wash the green beans, dry the surface water, and put them into the kimchi jar.

Take it out after 3 days and clean it again.

Wash the pepper and garlic.

Cut the beans into short pieces.

Chop two heads of garlic into fine pieces and 1 head of green and red pepper. Cut the garlic as shown.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add the sour beans, add a little sugar and stir-fry.

Add 1 tsp light soy sauce.

Add green and red pepper, garlic, and some MSG to taste.
