It is a fruit tea prepared from the plateau blueberries of the base plus local plums, crab apples, apples and tea leaves. Use a measuring spoon to divide the batter evenly into 16 portions, shape it slightly and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place baking-specific chocolate beans on top and gently flatten the dough with your hands

Place in the middle shelf of an oven preheated to 195°C, use upper and lower heat, and bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Cover with tin foil when appropriate. When you pull out the baking pan and lightly touch the surface of the cookie with your hand, it is slightly hard. Turn off the heat and bake in the preheated oven for another 5 minutes
