Ingredients: Green vegetables (washed), squid (washed and blanched), dried chili pepper (cut into pieces)

Place the washed green vegetables on the chopping board and chop into small pieces.

Place in a large basin.

Add 4 tsp salt.

Then, squeeze it with your hands.

Fill a large bowl with water and marinate for 30 minutes.

Pinch dry the pickled green vegetables and set aside.

Place the blanched squid on the chopping board and cut into small pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped dried chilies to the pan.

Then, add the pickled vegetables and stir-fry.

Then, add the sliced squid and stir-fry.

Finally, add appropriate amount of chicken essence.

Stir well and that's it.

Remove from pan and plate.
