box of soft tofu.

Cut into small cubes.

Soak the kelp buds in water, wash them and cut them into small pieces. (I cut it with scissors.)

Put the kelp into a small pot, add 4 bowls of water and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add tofu and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add miso. (Use a small mesh spoon to spread the miso evenly, which is very convenient.)

Simple and delicious soup.
