Country Pork Cheeseburger
Overview
When it comes to hamburgers, my favorite is this pastoral-style cheeseburger. It uses local pork minced into minced meat + corn kernels + green beans + carrot dices ~ paired with Baijifu cheese slices. It is nutritious, healthy and delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials. (You can buy ready-made plain bread without fillings and make burgers directly, which is simple and convenient)
-
Make burger buns. Put all the ingredients for making burger buns into the bread bucket except butter. Put the liquid first, then the powder, and finally dig a hole in the flour and add the yeast. ps: If you find it troublesome to make your own hamburger buns, you can just buy ready-made plain bread without fillings!
-
I usually use a bread machine to knead the dough. Select the dough kneading program. After kneading for 10 minutes, form a smooth dough and add butter. Then select the dough program and knead the dough for 10 minutes. This burger embryo does not need to be kneaded out of the membrane, so generally the two dough kneading procedures are almost the same.
-
After the dough is kneaded, select the fermentation program of the bread machine to ferment. Generally, 1 hour is about the same. In summer, the time can be shortened a little, and in winter, the time can be slightly longer. The risen dough will have a hole when you poke it with your finger. The hole will not shrink back and the dough will not collapse. After fermentation is complete, deflate the dough. You can choose to use the bread machine to knead the dough, or you can knead it by hand.
-
Divide the deflated dough into pieces of about 40g, and you can make a total of 9 pieces. Roll into a ball and place on baking sheet for secondary fermentation. You can cover it with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature in a warm place. Or put it in the oven for fermentation. During fermentation, put a basin of warm water on the lower floor of the oven to help fermentation.
-
While the dough is fermenting, you can make the filling. This time I made garden meatloaf. Chop the pork into minced meat. The minced meat can also be minced directly at the meat store, or you can use a food processor, but I prefer to chop it myself so that it is chewy. At the same time, prepare corn kernels, green beans, and carrot kernels.
-
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little sugar, salt, thirteen spices and chopped green onion to the minced meat for seasoning. The taste can be adjusted according to the amount of fillings and personal taste. After putting in the seasonings, use chopsticks to stir in one direction until the minced meat sticks together so that the fried meat patties will not fall apart.
-
Add corn kernels, green beans, and carrot kernels to the stirred minced meat. Mix well and set aside.
-
After the second rise is completed, brush a thin layer of whole egg liquid on the burger embryo and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
-
Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes. Please adjust the temperature and time according to the actual conditions of your oven. Place the grilled burger embryos on a rack to cool until ready to use.
-
Divide the freshly mixed minced pork into required portions, put it into a non-stick pan, and press it slightly with a spoon to form round cakes. The size of the round cake is about the same as the size of the burger embryo.
-
Turn on low heat and fry both sides until the meat turns white and is done.
-
Place the ingredients in this order: bottom hamburger embryo - lettuce leaves - meat patty - Bagel cheese slices - top burger embryo. In the middle of each layer, you can squeeze some salad dressing or tomato sauce according to personal preference. You can also add some egg pancakes, tomato slices, cucumber slices, etc. according to your personal taste.

A nutritious and delicious burger is ready! If you can't finish it at once, you can keep it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes over medium heat. The best choice for bruch (the lettuce will become soft when reheating the burger, and the lettuce will become soft if it has been stored for a long time. If you don’t like eating like this, you can take out the lettuce, reheat the burger, and stuff a piece of fresh lettuce into it after the heating is completed.)

Pastoral-style burgers are more nutritionally balanced and healthier.
