Spring Appetizer*Cool Carrots

Overview

It was cold in spring this year. It was over 20 degrees two days ago, and it has been a few degrees hotter these days. Northerners like to eat cold dishes. I have been in Hefei for almost ten years, and I still like to eat them. I can’t eat what I want outside, so I have to make them at home! Method: 1. Wash and shred the carrots (must be cut by hand to taste delicious) 2. After cutting, add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes. 3. After marinating, pour off the excess water, then add minced garlic, shredded green onions, sesame oil, homemade chili oil, white vinegar (I like Hengshun 9 degree rice vinegar), Hengshun balsamic vinegar, cold soy sauce (Haitian), a few ingredients, stir evenly and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then you can start eating. Eat the cold dishes and a bowl of white rice porridge. It is really delicious!
