Materials are ready

Cut various mushrooms into the size you like

Chop the onion into mince, shred the ginger, and slice the garlic

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic

Add mushrooms and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft and cooked, add appropriate amount of water

Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 30 minutes

Add pepper

Add appropriate amount of salt

Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving
