First prepare 4 slices of gelatin (more is fine)

Put it in hot water and stir to melt (the water should be a little yellow)

Then pour it into a milk pot and boil it, add sugar osmanthus (you can decide how sweet it is according to your own taste, add a little more or it will be tasteless when cooked)

Then pour it into the mold, cool it and put it in the refrigerator. It will solidify in a while. (Do not put it in quick freezing)
