Soak dried purslane in warm water and wash

Cut into small pieces and set aside

Wash and cut the pork belly into small pieces

Finely mince ginger and garlic, cut dry chili into sections

Heat the pan and stir-fry the pork belly until slightly brown

Add minced ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
-
Add a little water and simmer for five minutes
-
After five minutes, add the cut dry purslane and stir-fry evenly
-
Add water, cover and cook for 10 minutes
-
Add salt and sugar
-
Stir well and serve
