Meat Sauce Salad Noodles
Overview
I have more purple cabbage at home, squeeze the juice and mix it with the dough to make noodles. Let’s try a combination of Chinese and Western noodles with Chinese noodles, meat sauce + salad. The taste is not inferior.

Prepare flour and wash purple cabbage.

Cut the purple cabbage into small slices, put it into a food processor and add a little cold water and stir until it becomes juice.

Add a little cold water according to the amount of water needed for the dough.

Pour in the flour and knead it into a slightly doughy dough. (Add a little salt to the flour)

Cut the pork into small pieces according to whether it is fat or thin, and chop the coriander and onion into fine pieces respectively. (Wash all of them)

First put the fat cubes in the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the lean meat cubes and stir-fry until the color changes.

Put the meat cubes on the edge of the pot and put the salad dressing.

Add onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add the meat filling, add 1 tsp of sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Use a household dough press to press the dough into noodles. (You can also roll it by hand)

Boil the water in the pot and cook the noodles.

Pour into cold boiled water - drain the water and put it into a plate.

Add meat sauce + coriander, sprinkle with some pepper, and squeeze on the salad dressing.
