Fried Pearl Flowers with Minced Pork
Overview
I love to play, especially mountain climbing. But in the past two years, I rarely go out to play because I have to take care of my grandson. Because the theme of this event is wild vegetables, it reminds me of the pearl flowers I once ate in the mountains, and I especially want to use this ingredient to make delicious food. What should I do if I don’t have time to go up the mountain to pick? So I contacted my good cyclists and asked them to pick some for me when they go there in the near future. Because the flowering period of this flower is only about a week, the picking time cannot be missed. A friend went up to the mountain to pick some for me over the weekend. Because they had to go up the mountain for two days after picking, my friend was very considerate and was afraid that the pearl flowers would be damaged when they came back, so they boiled them with spring water locally, added some salt, and blanched them. They brought them back to me blanched. I am very grateful to my friends for their strong support and allowing me to have such good ingredients to participate in the event. The last picture of the finished product is the pearl flower that my friend picked for me and blanched. This flower is spherical and looks like a pearl, so it is named pearl flower. It is said that this flower has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, heat-clearing, and anti-cancer effects. I can't verify the specific effect, but I personally think it tastes better than bracken, and the taste is fragrant. I fried it with minced meat today, and a large bowl was completely wiped out in a short time.
