Eel rice

A lazy meal, but very popular with children.

Wash the rice, put it in a pot, add some oil and salt, and cook oil and salt rice. (Haha, the smell of childhood.)

pack of kabayaki eel. (The refrigerator is always available, convenient and delicious.)

According to the instructions, put the whole package of eels into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. (You can also bake or microwave it.)

Take it out, open it, cut it into pieces and set aside.

Wash the buttered cabbage.

Wash Persian cucumber and cut into thick strips. (Not enough cabbage.)

Finely mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft.

Add cucumber and salt and fry. (In extraordinary times, I dare not eat it raw.)

Arrange the rice, eel and vegetables on the plate and start eating.
