Homemade tofu curd
Overview
When I was at Weihai University, I often went out to eat tofu pudding. However, since I left school, I seem to have never eaten it again, and I don’t miss it in any way. Until - I ate tofu pudding at a breakfast shop a while ago, and then - all kinds of emotions came to my mind, and the result was - I fell in love with tofu pudding! It takes too much time to go around and buy it all the time. Besides, the seasonings added in that store are not to my liking, so I decided to make my own! Cooking food is the same as anything else, once it's raw, then it's cooked. In short, what you cook yourself is better than what you buy!
