Stir-fried duck intestines with edamame

Edamame and peeled rice.

Cut duck intestine into cubes.

Cut millet, pepper, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the edamame rice.

Stir fry over high heat.

Add salt and a little light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook.

Pour in the duck intestines (I like to pour the dry soup into the duck intestines)
