Oyster sauce, chives and bean sprouts
Overview
A dish that has a very spring flavor - fresh mung bean sprouts and fragrant leeks are fried with only oyster sauce. They are fresh, fragrant and crispy. Although it is a vegetarian dish, it is also very delicious with rice.

Wash the leeks and cut into sections;

Remove the roots from the bean sprouts and wash them;

Put water in a pot, bring to a boil, add bean sprouts, turn over and remove quickly and set aside;

Put oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar into a small bowl, stir well and set aside;
