Grilled Dried Pineapple and Dried Mango

Grilled Dried Pineapple and Dried Mango

Overview

Since the prize ACAGT400 smart oven arrived at home, it has not been idle every day. The oven works for an average of more than 8 hours every day. Haha, it is a very hard oven. Dear, why do you keep the oven working for so long every day? I use its low-temperature baking function. This oven has a wide range of baking temperatures to choose from. The best thing is that it can choose as low as 60 degrees. I have always seen friends using a fruit dryer to make dried fruits. I like it very much, but I think there are too many small appliances in the kitchen and there is no place to put them, so I have never bought that fruit dryer. With this oven, its hot air and low-temperature baking are particularly suitable for making dried fruits. One machine can be used for multiple purposes, so there is no need to buy a fruit drying machine. Making dried fruits takes a little longer, and the oven is used to make yogurt and make cheese every night for the past two days, so the working time is particularly long. Today I used it to make dried pineapples. After I finished it, I felt the effect was very good, so I made dried mangoes again, both of which were very good. The dried fruits I made myself have absolutely zero additives, they are authentic and very delicious. My little grandson who is just over one year old won’t let go of the finished dried mangoes. I made a plate of dried mango, which was all eaten up by the children in no time. I have to make some more dried mangoes tomorrow, but I only ate one piece for my grandson today. The little guy obviously didn't eat enough today. Who told us to have ACA’s smart oven, so we can cook delicious food at any time!

  1. Choose big and delicious pineapples. Delicious pineapples make delicious dried fruits. When I bought it, I asked the seller to peel it off and then clean it with light salt water.

  5. Turn on the upper tube heating + hot air function key of the ACAGT400 smart oven. This function only heats the upper tube, with hot air circulation. The temperature is set to 95 degrees, and the time can be set for up to 3 hours. I didn’t know how to calculate it at first, so I set it for 1 hour first. During the baking process, the temperature and time can be adjusted at any time as needed, and the adjustment is very convenient.

  6. Place the pineapple slices in the oven and place the baking sheet at the bottom to prevent the juice from dripping onto the heating plate below during baking. The baking sheet is then easier to clean. After an hour I adjusted the temperature to 90 and continued baking for 3 hours.
