My Crystal Love---Homemade Jelly
Overview
After get off work tonight, I saw that it was still early, so I dragged my daughter to the small market nearby. I bought some vegetables and bought two boxes of white jelly and a pack of Sanxiang water-milled glutinous rice flour. I plan to make some pumpkin cakes or sweet potato cakes with the glutinous rice flour when I have time. The taste of Sanxiang is very different. It is very glutinous and does not have the taste of dry powder. As for the white jelly, I want to try making it into a jelly. During the break from cooking, I started making jelly, but I forgot how to make the first package. When I finished it, I realized that I had done it wrong. I originally wanted to make three colors, the first one was pink, made with milk and pink coloring. The second one was made with pure milk, without adding color. It is white. The third color is yellow, and a bottle of orange juice is mixed with powder. Now that the first two colors have failed, I can only use the third color to make up for it. Grab a packet of white jelly and follow the instructions above. First, pour a bowl of water and sugar into a pot and bring to a boil. After cooking, turn the pan over and let cool.
